How long does a 'made to order' take?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for a made to order product (although we always aim to be quicker). All items in the order will be shipped once the made to order is finished. If you need the in stock items in your order before this, please order them separately.

When will my order be shipped that includes a monthly box?

If you order a monthly box alongside your order, your order will be shipped the first week of the following month. If you need the other items in your order before this, please order them separately.

How do monthly boxes work?

Monthly boxes can be bought one off, or you can subscribe. You can subscribe for as long as you like on a rolling subscription, or you can by a certain number of months in advance (this is a great gift).
Your monthly boxes are ordered in advance, all orders before the end of the month get the next months box.
e.g ordered on the 20th January, would get a February box. Ordered on the 1st February, would get a March box.
We reccomend ordering/ setting your subscription, later in the month so that you get your box quickly after you have paid.
All boxes are made and sent the first week of the month for all previous months orders.

How long does dispatch and shipping take?

We aim to dispatch your orders within 3 working days (hopefully even sooner!). We send to the UK via Royal Mail Second Class tracked. Once your parcel has been posted, you shall be notified and it is unfortunately it is out of our hands at that point. If you order has not reached you within 3 weeks of notification, please email us on thecosywitchshop@outlook.com with your order number.

How do 'collection' orders work?

You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect with the address of collection (Love My Socks, Leek) and times.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we only ship to the UK due to new EU regulations.

We have an open studio in Leek
