How long does dispatch and shipping take?

We aim to dispatch your orders within 3 working days (hopefully even sooner!). We send to the UK via Royal Mail Second Class tracked. Once your parcel has been posted, you shall be notified and it is unfortunately it is out of our hands at that point. If you order has not reached you within 3 weeks of notification, please email us on thecosywitchshop@outlook.com with your order number.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we only ship to the UK due to new EU regulations.

Do you have a physical shop?

Yes! We now have an open studio workshop with a shop space at the front in our home town of Leek:
