How long does dispatch and shipping take?
We aim to dispatch your orders within 3 working days (hopefully even sooner!). We send to the UK via Royal Mail Second Class. The rest of the world we also use Royal Mail, Tracked and signed for. Once your parcel has been posted, you shall be notified and it is unfortunately it is out of our hands at that point. If you order has not reached you within 3 weeks (UK) of notification or 6 weeks (rest of the world) of notification, please email us on thecosywitchshop@outlook.com with your order number.

Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we only ship to the UK due to new EU regulations.
